SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a substantial quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is read more no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area daily. The services place created for intervention activities a superior influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tough for that Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.
